This assessment is designed to support leaders in taking a close look at their mindsets and leadership as it relates to being an inclusive and equitable leader that can foster belonging and deliver on outcomes. It provides an analysis of the leader through the elements of wellness, identity intelligence, systems thinking, culture management, and professionalism paying close attention to where one is conferred power (and, therefore, also privilege and oppression). The elements consider the individual, their relationships, their influence on structures, and their positionally and power within systems.

The Self Assessment ($175): The core piece of this assessment is an honest look at yourself. This assessment will support you in doing deep personal analysis. Clients have said that simply taking the assessment elevated areas of need for themselves. We will also provide a written report that identifies areas of strength to enhance, the most opportune areas for growth, and hotspots that likely require additional support and attention. A coaching session is offered in conjunction with this report at a discounted rate to support leaders in making sense of their reports for a total of $425.

NOTE: Our assessment does not live into the notion of perfectionism. There are likely numerous areas where you can grow, but there isn’t some level of mastery that one is seeking here. Understanding that equity, liberation, and justice are a journey, we know we seek only to get better. We recommend taking this assessment no more than once every 2 years.

The 360-Assessment ($360): This version of the assessment begins with the self, but then brings in others to give you a fuller picture of not only how you see yourself, but how others see you as well. The report would indicate areas of contradiction (where you see yourself in one way, but the people you selected to give feedback see you differently) and provide stronger insight into strengths, growth areas, and hotspots. A coaching session is offered in conjunction with this report at a discounted rate to support leaders in making sense of their reports for a total of $610.
