Executive Leadership Coaching
InspirED Solutions is trained and experienced in providing leaders with a one-on-one development experience that focuses on professional performance (specifically people management and leadership) while aligning personal growth. This is often termed “executive coaching,” but we believe that leaders at all levels can benefit from this type of development if they have ambitious goals and/or are attempting to navigate a complex role.
This coaching is ideal for leaders navigating or managing complex change, transitioning between levels of leadership, wishing to be more effective as an executive, or simply seeking to move towards their purpose more effectively. Open to all.
Liberatory & Impactful Leadership Coaching
One of the most common areas that leaders have to grow in today’s global and generational context is how to show up in ways that are culturally competent, intentionally inclusive, and authentic to their leadership while at the same time being able to understand and navigate complex systems. To support the leaders we work with, we developed the Liberatory & Impactful Leadership 360 Assessment and the framework the assessment is aligned to. We use this assessment to intentionally nurture leaders of every level who can operate with a better sense of anti-oppression, equity, and inclusion.
This coaching is ideal for any leader seeking to learn how to balance inclusive cultural leadership with effective systems leadership. Open to all with a 6-month minimum commitment.
General Life & Achievement Coaching
Some of our clients require a mixture of coaching, advising, and mentorship to help them to live into the truest versions of themselves. InspirED Solutions offers a holistic approach that considers personality, wellness, resilience, and talents and guides clients to a well-balanced, more productive way of living that leads to achieving life goals.
This coaching is ideal for any person who is seeking personal growth or has a goal they want to pursue, but need accountability, development, and support to get there. This is our most financially accessible coaching. We only take on 3 of these clients at the moment.
Transformational Legacy-Building Coaching
There are individuals in the world who many would look to as incredibly successful already. Indeed, they’ve met many of the goals they set for themselves when they were much younger. And, now, they’re looking to figure out how to reach that next level, what the next part of their legacy will be. This is coaching for the high-achiever who needs help with the next step. Often times, people who have achieved much struggle to reach their next level of greatness because it requires them to get back into discomfort, to go against the things that might have made them successful in the past, and transform into an entity that is at once very different from who you were, but true to who you’ve always been at your core.
After you’ve been invited to this coaching, you will participate in a 2-hour initial coaching session (free of charge) and we will determine if it makes sense to continue. If so, we commit to working together for a year to help you reach that next level of greatness.
